Ylopo Pricing Isn't Per Agent. Your Database Sets the Bill

Ylopo pricing is one of the most searched questions about the platform, and Ylopo still won't answer it in public. We loaded the Ylopo pricing page on November 1, 2026. It lists three plans, Solo, Growing Team and Complete, and not one dollar figure. What it does say matters more than most agents realize: "You can have 1 agent or 1000 agents — we only charge based on database size, not seats." That single line changes how you should budget for Ylopo, how you should compare it with a CRM priced per user, and what you should bring to the demo. Below are the four things agents get wrong about what Ylopo costs, the third-party estimates that do exist, and the math on Ylopo's own AI Voice results.

TL;DR: Ylopo publishes no prices. Its pricing page says the bill is set by database size, not seats, and AI Voice starts at the Growing Team plan. Third-party estimates start around $795 a month before ads. Ylopo's own example campaign placed 130,000 AI calls for 397 live transfers.

How Much Does Ylopo Cost in 2026?

Ylopo doesn't publish a price. Its pricing page quotes every account on a demo and says cost depends on market, database size and agent count. The most recent third-party estimate, from AgentAdvice (updated August 14, 2026), puts the complete package at "$795 a month" as a baseline, before ad spend and add-ons.

Other estimates run lower for the core product. A September 2026 pricing roundup at AI Tools Bakery compiles reported figures of roughly $295 to $500 a month for the Ylopo Suite, about $795 and up with managed marketing, and a one-time setup fee of $1,000 to $2,000, all attributed to May 2026 reporting and all labeled estimates. None of those numbers come from Ylopo. That's the honest state of the answer: you're budgeting from a range other people reported, and the only firm number is the one sales gives you. Ylopo's FAQ says a demo produces your exact monthly price "usually in about 20 minutes." Go in knowing what drives that price, because the biggest driver isn't the one most agents expect.

Myth 1: "Ylopo Charges Per Agent"

Most agent software is priced per seat, so most agents walk into a Ylopo demo ready to talk headcount. Ylopo's own pricing page says that's the wrong variable: it charges "based on database size, not seats." For a team lead, that flips the usual math. Adding your eighth or fifteenth agent doesn't move the Ylopo bill. Importing 20,000 old leads from your CRM might. The page's ROI calculator example makes the point with a database of 4,500 contacts and $3,000 a month in ad spend, which it projects into an estimated 6 to 9 added closings a year. Notice what's missing from that example: a seat count. If you run a big team on a small database, database pricing works in your favor. If you're a solo agent sitting on a decade of past leads, it's the opposite, and you should ask exactly which contacts count toward the size you're billed on before you sync anything.

Robin Take: Clean your database before the demo, not after. Dead numbers, duplicates and leads from 2019 still count as "database size" if they sync. Every contact you archive first is one you aren't paying Ylopo's AI to chase.

Myth 2: "Ylopo AI Is a $100 Add-On"

Search Ylopo pricing and you'll find "$100 per level" for the AI assistant over and over. AI Tools Bakery traces that figure to May 2026 estimates and to 2023 reporting on the old text-only product, and it notes the rAIya name those articles use has been retired. Ylopo's current pricing page describes a different structure. Solo includes "AI text nurture on every lead." AI text and voice together, where Ylopo AI qualifies leads and live-transfers calls, starts at Growing Team, the plan Ylopo labels "Most teams start here." The AI² page adds one more constraint: AI Voice "works hand-in-hand with AI Text" and can't be bought on its own. So the real question isn't what the AI add-on costs. It's whether you need voice, because voice moves you up a plan tier, and the gap between Solo and Growing Team pricing is the number to get in writing.

Myth 3: "AI Voice Books Most of Your Leads"

Ylopo's homepage runs a client example worth doing the math on: 130,000 AI calls made to a 36,000-lead database, 9,500 people answered, and 397 live transfers. That's 3.6 calls per lead. Only 7.3% of calls were answered. And 397 transfers out of 36,000 leads is 1.1% of the database, or about one live conversation for every 327 calls the AI placed. None of that makes AI Voice a bad product. No human ISA is placing 130,000 dials, and Ylopo's AI Voice page is upfront that it "will continue calling your leads for 90 days" and averages 7 calls to connect. It does mean the right expectation for an old database is low single digits. The AI² page says as much: "up to 10% of new leads" reach an agent through a live transfer, while database reactivation yields "up to 2% live transfers." The 1.1% client result sits inside that reactivation range.

Ylopo's client exampleCountWhat it works out to
Leads in the database36,000Starting point
AI Voice calls placed130,0003.6 calls per lead
Calls answered9,5007.3% of calls
Live transfers to an agent3971.1% of leads, 4.2% of answered calls
Your database, same rate: At the 1.1% transfer rate from Ylopo's example, the 4,500-contact database in its ROI calculator would produce roughly 50 live transfers. Ask the demo rep what rate they'd expect for your lead mix, and whether it's new leads or reactivation.

Myth 4: "The Ylopo Subscription Is the Big Line Item"

Ylopo's own calculator assumes $3,000 a month in ad spend. That's $36,000 a year, and it's separate from whatever Ylopo charges. Put the estimates together for a 10-agent team: the $795 AgentAdvice baseline, $3,000 in ads, and a CRM, because AgentAdvice lists "no native CRM" among Ylopo's drawbacks. Ylopo's AI² page mentions targeting leads by FUB smartlists, so Follow Up Boss is the natural pairing. Follow Up Boss Pro is $499 a month for 10 users on monthly billing. That stack totals $4,294 a month, or $51,528 a year. Measured against the calculator's estimate of 6 to 9 added closings a year, the all-in cost lands between $5,725 and $8,588 per added closing. Your numbers will differ, and the subscription estimate could be off in either direction. The point holds anyway: ads are about 70% of this stack, so the ad budget, not the software fee, decides whether Ylopo pays.

Estimated monthly cost of a Ylopo stack for a 10-agent team Estimated monthly cost: Follow Up Boss Pro $499, Ylopo baseline estimate $795, ad spend from Ylopo's own calculator $3,000, for a total of $4,294. Ad spend is the largest line by far. A 10-agent Ylopo stack, one month Ylopo figure is a third-party estimate; ad spend is Ylopo's calculator example. Bar length is proportional. Follow Up Boss Pro $499 Ylopo (estimate) $795 Ad spend $3,000 Total per month $4,294

How Ylopo Compares When You Price It Honestly

Because Ylopo prices on database size, comparing it with a per-seat tool only works if you convert both to the same unit. Take your quoted monthly Ylopo price, add ad spend, and divide by the closings you can attribute to Ylopo leads over the last 12 months, or by the low end of what the rep projects if you're new. Then run the same math on whatever you'd replace it with. Our RobinFlow vs Ylopo comparison lays out where each platform's leads come from. If AI Voice is the reason you're looking, compare it with the AI follow-up tools we ran in 5 AI lead response platforms tested on 400 leads, and with the human option: our ISA break-even math shows where a salaried caller starts to beat software. If you're adding Follow Up Boss to the stack, check which Follow Up Boss tier your team size actually lands in.

What to Ask on the Ylopo Demo

You'll get one shot at a clean quote, so walk in with these written down:

  • Which contacts count toward database size? Ask whether archived, closed and do-not-contact records count, and what happens to your price if you import more leads mid-contract.
  • What's the Solo vs Growing Team gap? AI Voice starts at Growing Team. Get both prices so you know exactly what voice costs you.
  • Is there a setup fee, and what's the term? Reported setup fees run $1,000 to $2,000. Ylopo's FAQ says terms are covered on the demo, so get them in writing.
  • What transfer rate should you expect? Ylopo's own pages say up to 10% for new leads and up to 2% for reactivation. Ask which one your plan assumes.
  • What does the 60-day trial include? The AI Voice page advertises "Get 60 Days Free Now." Confirm whether it covers voice on your current plan and when billing starts.

Ylopo is built to turn ad spend and an existing database into conversations. If your real problem is that you don't have enough seller conversations to begin with, a bigger database bill won't fix it. RobinFlow builds home-valuation funnels and seller-lead campaigns that put new homeowners into your pipeline, and you can compare its cost per seller conversation against any Ylopo quote. Start your RobinFlow onboarding and see what a seller-lead campaign would look like in your market before you sign a database-size contract.

Frequently Asked Questions About Ylopo Pricing

How much does Ylopo cost per month?

Ylopo doesn't publish prices and quotes every account on a demo. AgentAdvice's August 2026 estimate puts the complete package at about $795 a month before ad spend. Other reported estimates range from roughly $295 to $500 a month for the core Ylopo Suite.

Does Ylopo charge per agent?

No. Ylopo's pricing page says it charges based on database size, not seats, so adding agents doesn't change the bill but importing more contacts can.

Is Ylopo AI Voice included in every plan?

No. The Solo plan includes AI text nurture. AI text and AI Voice with live transfers start at the Growing Team plan, and AI Voice can't be purchased on its own without AI Text.

How many leads does Ylopo AI Voice transfer?

Ylopo says up to 10% of new leads and up to 2% of reactivated database leads reach an agent by live transfer. Its homepage example shows 130,000 calls to a 36,000-lead database producing 397 live transfers, about 1.1% of the database.

Does Ylopo include a CRM?

No. AgentAdvice lists the lack of a native CRM as a drawback, so teams pair Ylopo with a CRM such as Follow Up Boss, whose Pro plan costs $499 a month for 10 users on monthly billing.
