Real Geeks Pricing: $399 a Month, Plus $49 for Geek AI

Real Geeks pricing looks simple on the page: $399 a month for the platform, a $500 setup fee, and "no hidden costs or usage fees." The part that needs math is Geek AI Text, the AI texting assistant. It costs $49 a month on its own, yet it's free with any lead package, and the cheapest package runs $299. So the real decision isn't whether AI follow-up is worth $49. It's whether you're buying Real Geeks as a CRM and website, or as a lead source with an AI texter attached. We pulled Real Geeks' pricing and Geek AI pages on October 26, 2026 and priced four common setups for year one, plus team seats at 5 and 10 agents.

TL;DR: Real Geeks costs $399 a month plus $500 to set up, with 2 users. Geek AI Text adds $49 a month unless you buy a lead package, which includes it. Year one runs $5,876 with AI and your own leads, or $8,876 with the $299 Social package. Voice and email AI aren't live yet.

How Much Does Real Geeks Cost in 2026?

Real Geeks costs $399 a month plus a one-time $500 setup fee, which covers 2 users, the CRM and the IDX website. Geek AI Text is $49 a month on its own or included with any lead package. Social leads cost $299 a month; Search and Seller leads cost $599 each.

Those figures come straight from Real Geeks' pricing page, and they're all you need for a solo agent. Extra users are tiered: $25 a month each for users 3 through 10, $10 for users 11 through 40, $5 for users 41 through 100, and $1 past 101. IDX feeds are $10 per MLS board per month, and moving a domain Real Geeks bought for you off its websites costs $50. Lead packages come with 6- or 12-month commitment terms. Miss the lead guarantee and you get a credit: one month on a 12-month term, half a month on a 6-month term. The page doesn't show different package prices by term. It doesn't describe cancellation for the platform either. Get both in writing before you sign.

Who Real Geeks Fits, and Who Should Skip Geek AI

Real Geeks fits an agent or small team that wants the website, the CRM and paid buyer leads from one vendor on one bill. If you already have a site you like and only want a CRM, you're paying for 60+ tools you won't open. The platform bundles a built-in dialer with unlimited calling, texting, email and video, lead routing, lead ponds, live website chat, a CRM mobile app and a branded search app called MoveTo. That's a lot for $399 if you'd otherwise buy a separate IDX site. It's a lot of overlap if you'd keep your current one. Geek AI is easier. Agents who'll buy a lead package should never pay the $49, because it's included. Agents bringing their own leads should pay it only if their current follow-up misses people in the first few hours, since texting is the only Geek AI channel that's live.

Robin Take: Geek AI Text isn't really priced as a product. It's priced as the reason a $299 lead package feels cheaper than it is. Judge the package on its leads, and treat the AI as a bonus you'd have paid $49 for.

What Geek AI Text Does Today, and What's Still Coming

Right now you're buying a texting assistant, not a full AI inside sales agent. Real Geeks' Geek AI page lists four tools. Text is available and "engages leads through personalized text conversations." Insights is available and gives lead summaries, recent activity and suggested next steps inside the CRM. Email is marked "Coming Soon," and Voice is marked "Coming Late 2026." The page says Geek AI reads signals like saved homes, return visits, text replies and CRM updates, and it caps Geek AI Text at up to 2,500 leads a month in each lead package. What it doesn't publish matters too. There are no response rates and no appointment rates. There's no description of how a conversation gets handed back to you, and no hours or languages for the AI. Real Geeks says Geek AI keeps conversations going "until they're ready for a real conversation with you." Before you pay, ask for a demo of the handoff alert on your phone.

Real Geeks Pricing Analysis: Four Setups, Year-One Cost

Here's what year one costs for a 2-user account, using list prices and adding the $500 setup fee once. MLS feed fees are left out because they depend on how many boards you pull from.

The gap that matters is between rows two and three. Adding the Social package instead of buying Geek AI alone costs $250 more a month ($698 minus $448), and Real Geeks estimates that package at about 20 to 40 buyer leads a month from Facebook and Instagram listing ads. That puts the extra leads at roughly $6.25 to $12.50 each, since the AI comes along either way. Priced on its own, the Social package works out to about $7.48 to $14.95 a lead. Seller leads are a different market: $599 for an estimated 10 to 15 seller leads from Google valuation ads, or about $40 to $60 per lead. Real Geeks notes that lead counts depend on your market tier, so ask which tier your zip codes fall in. Team Seats: What 5 and 10 Agents Add

Real Geeks gets cheaper per agent as you grow, which isn't true of every CRM. A 5-agent team pays for 3 extra users at $25 each, so the platform plus Geek AI Text comes to $523 a month ($399 + $75 + $49) and $6,776 for year one with setup. A 10-agent team pays for 8 extra users, or $200, bringing the same setup to $648 a month and $8,276 for year one. That's $64.80 per agent per month at 10 agents, against $224 per agent when only 2 users share the $448 base. Past 10 users, each added seat drops to $10, then $5. Geek AI Text stays a single $49 line no matter how many agents you add, so its share of the bill shrinks as the team grows. If you run a team, the more important question is routing: confirm which agent the AI hands a hot conversation to, and how fast.

How Geek AI's Price Compares With Other CRMs' AI

Geek AI Text is one of the few AI follow-up tools with a published flat price, and that alone makes it easier to budget than some rivals. Here's how the vendors we checked on October 26, 2026 list their AI.

VendorPublished AI priceWhat the pricing page says
Real Geeks (Geek AI Text)$49/month, or included with a lead packageTexting live; email and voice not yet available
Follow Up BossNo additional chargeMany AI features rely on FUB Calling, an extra $39 per user on Grow
StructurelyUsage from $0.02 per SMSPlatform fee exists but isn't published
LoftyRequest PricingEvery plan and AI add-on is quote-only

Follow Up Boss's pricing page says there's "no additional charge for AI features in FUB," but notes that many of them rely on FUB Calling data, which costs $39 per user a month on the $69 Grow plan. Structurely lists usage rates of as low as $0.02 per AI text and $0.07 per minute of AI voice, plus a platform fee it doesn't state. Lofty marks every plan and its Sales Agent, Social Agent and Homeowner Agent add-ons as "Request Pricing." So Real Geeks isn't the cheapest AI here, since Follow Up Boss doesn't charge for its AI, but it's the most predictable. Our Verdict on Real Geeks and Geek AI Text

Buy Real Geeks if you want a website, CRM and buyer leads under one contract, and buy at least the Social package so Geek AI Text comes free. Skip the standalone $49 add-on if you already answer new leads within minutes, because texting is the only Geek AI channel that's live and Insights is listed as a platform feature. If you're comparing Real Geeks against Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive or BoldTrail, our real estate CRM comparison puts those prices side by side. And if seller leads are the goal, $40 to $60 per Google valuation lead is the number to beat. RobinFlow builds home-valuation funnels and seller-lead campaigns for agents, with the lead and its valuation request delivered together.
