SmartZip Alternatives: 3 Popular Picks Share SmartZip's Owner
Search for SmartZip alternatives and you'll get the same short list over and over: Offrs, Market Leader, Top Producer. Here's the problem. All three are owned by the same company that owns SmartZip. In December 2024, RISMedia reported that Constellation Real Estate Group was folding "Market Leader, Top Producer, Showcase IDX, Diverse Solutions, Zurple, Smartzip and Offrs" into one organization under its Constellation1 brand. So if you're leaving SmartZip because of the 12-month contract, the opaque quote, or the leads, switching to a sister brand may not change much. On October 29, 2026 we checked every vendor's own site for a published price and contract terms, then sorted the field into real alternatives and relabeled ones. Here's what held up, and what each one costs before you can walk away.
What Are the Best SmartZip Alternatives?
The best SmartZip alternatives come from outside Constellation1. PropStream sells filterable seller lists from $99 a month with a free trial. Fello and Revaluate score the contacts you already own for likely sellers. Offrs, Market Leader and Top Producer are sister brands, so treat them as SmartZip's other products, not as competitors.
Which one fits depends on what you were buying SmartZip for. If you wanted a list of homeowners in a farm area flagged as likely to list, PropStream is the closest independent match on data, though it relies on filters you set rather than a single prediction score. If you wanted SmartZip to tell you which people to call, the stronger play may be pointing a scoring tool at your own sphere, past clients and old leads. Those people already know your name, and SmartZip's own homepage makes the case for why that matters: it says "70% of homeowners choose the first agent they meet" and that "Only 5% of Homeowners are thinking of selling at any point in time." Being known before that 5% raises their hand is the whole game, whichever tool you pick.
How We Sorted Real Alternatives From Relabeled Ones
We ran three checks on each vendor that commonly appears in "SmartZip alternatives" results. First, ownership: we matched each brand against the Constellation1 roster in RISMedia's December 13, 2024 report. Second, pricing: on October 29, 2026 we loaded each vendor's own website and recorded whether it publishes a price, a free trial, and a contract length. Third, where a vendor publishes nothing, we used the most recent third-party pricing we could find and labeled it as reported, not quoted. For SmartZip and Offrs that's the AI Tools Bakery comparison, updated September 2026, which says its figures were checked in July 2026. We didn't buy a territory or run a lead test, so nothing here measures lead quality. It measures what you can know about a tool, and what it costs you, before you sign.
Finding 1: Three Popular Alternatives Share SmartZip's Owner
Offrs is the head-to-head most agents compare SmartZip against, and it's the clearest case. AI Tools Bakery reports that Constellation's real estate group bought Offrs in July 2019 and SmartZip's assets in August 2019, and that both were unified under the Constellation1 name in December 2024. SmartZip's own homepage footer reads "© 2026 Constellation1 Inc." The other two names come from the review sites. The Close's SmartZip review lists Top Producer as an alternative, and HousingWire's review names both Market Leader and Top Producer. Both appear on the same Constellation1 roster. None of that makes these bad products. It means a switch inside the family won't escape the parent's contract habits, data sources or support structure, which are often the reasons agents start shopping in the first place.
The prediction claims point the same way. AI Tools Bakery reports vendor-claimed accuracy of about 70% of listings predicted for Offrs and about 72% for SmartZip, and notes that neither figure is independently audited. Two sister brands claiming nearly identical accuracy isn't a coincidence worth paying twice for. If you've already run SmartZip in a farm area and didn't get listings, moving that same area to Offrs is a cheaper bet, not a different one. We priced the Offrs side in our Offrs pricing breakdown, and the two products side by side in SmartZip vs Offrs.
Finding 2: SmartZip's Price Lives Behind a Demo Form
SmartZip publishes no price. Its homepage offers a "Let's Talk" demo request, and the /pricing address returned a 404 error when we checked on October 29, 2026. The reported numbers come from AI Tools Bakery: a minimum of about $500 a month, with a typical territory running $1,000 to $1,500 a month, on a 12-month contract it describes as non-cancellable. That puts the floor at $6,000 for year one, and the typical commitment at $12,000 to $18,000 before your first listing appointment. Offrs is reported at $200 to $400 a month for a typical subscription, about $300 per zip code (or $600 for exclusive rights), on a 6-month commitment. At the low end that's $1,200 locked in; at the high end, $2,400. We broke down what SmartZip's fee buys in inside SmartZip's $1,000-a-month model.
The Independent Alternatives, Priced
Three vendors outside Constellation1 publish enough to compare. PropStream's pricing page lists Essentials at $99 a month ($972 billed annually), Pro at $199 ($1,980 a year) and Elite at $699 ($6,996 a year), each with a 7-day free trial and 50 free leads. It advertises 20 lead lists, with filters for pre-foreclosure, liens and MLS status. Fello's pricing page lists Growth at $499 a month, or $415 a month billed annually, for 3,000 active contacts and $50 for each additional 1,000. Its features include an AI-powered lead score and property intelligence, plus a one-time onboarding fee the page doesn't quantify. Revaluate's FAQ prices plans by database size, scores each contact nightly, and flags anyone above a score of 80 as "Very Likely to Move" within six months. Individuals under 10,000 contacts sign no contract.
| Tool | Owner | Published price | Minimum term | What it scores |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SmartZip | Constellation1 | None (reported ~$500+/mo) | 12 months, reported | Homeowners in your farm |
| Offrs | Constellation1 | None (reported $200–$400/mo) | 6 months, reported | Homeowners in your farm |
| PropStream | Independent | $99 / $199 / $699 per month | Monthly, 7-day free trial | List filters you set |
| Fello | Independent | $499/mo, or $415/mo annually | Not stated | Your own contacts |
| Revaluate | Independent | Quote, sized to your database | None under 10,000 contacts | Your own contacts |
Run the year-one math and the gaps get concrete. PropStream Pro billed monthly comes to $2,388 a year; paying annually drops it to $1,980, a $408 saving. Fello Growth runs $5,988 a year on monthly billing or $4,980 on annual, before the onboarding fee. Both land below SmartZip's typical $12,000 to $18,000, and PropStream lets you test the data for a week before you pay anything. Fello and Revaluate don't replace SmartZip's farm data at all. They answer a different question: which of the people already in your CRM are getting ready to move? For a team with a few thousand contacts, that question is usually worth more than a fresh list of strangers, and our seller lead platforms comparison lays out the farm-data side in more detail.
The Surprise: Your Own Contacts May Beat a Farm Feed
The cheapest SmartZip alternative might be one you already pay for. SmartZip, Offrs and PropStream all start from strangers: homeowners in a zip code who've never heard of you. Revaluate and Fello start from your database, where every contact has at least a name, an email and some history with you. Revaluate says it needs only an email address to score a contact, and it pushes alerts into Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, Salesforce and other CRMs through its API. That changes the work after the alert, too. A likely-seller flag on a past client is a phone call to someone who already trusts you. The same flag on a stranger in a farm area is a cold call, a mailer, and a long wait to see whether the prediction was right. If your CRM holds a few thousand contacts that nobody has called in a year, start there before you buy a territory.
Farm data still has a job. A newer agent with a thin sphere needs names, and that's where PropStream's free trial earns a look before any 12-month deal. The mistake is paying for prediction when the real bottleneck is follow-up. AI Tools Bakery reports Offrs holds a 2.4 out of 5 rating across 160 Sitejabber reviews as of July 2026, which tells you plenty of buyers walked away unhappy with what their monthly fee produced. A flagged homeowner who gets one call and no follow-up is a wasted fee, whichever vendor flagged them. Before you swap tools, check whether your current leads have a follow-up plan. If they don't, the next tool will fail for the same reason.
Which SmartZip Alternative Fits Your Business?
Match the tool to the problem you're actually trying to fix, not to the brand you're leaving.
- You want farm data without a 12-month contract: PropStream. Run the 7-day free trial on your farm area, then decide between Essentials at $99 and Pro at $199.
- You have 3,000 or more contacts and no idea who's moving: Revaluate or Fello. Revaluate has no contract under 10,000 contacts; Fello Growth costs $499 a month and bundles a lead score with outreach tools.
- You like SmartZip's data but not its price: Offrs is the cheaper family option, at a reported $200 to $400 a month on a 6-month term. Know that it's the same parent company before you call it a switch.
- Your SmartZip leads didn't convert: Don't buy another feed yet. Fix the follow-up, then test a new source against the old one for 90 days.
Every option above still needs a place to send the homeowner once they're curious about their home's value. RobinFlow builds home-valuation funnels and seller-lead campaigns for agents and teams, so the likely sellers you find, from a farm list or from your own CRM, land on a page that captures them. Start your RobinFlow onboarding and see what a seller-lead funnel would look like in your market. Our home valuation funnel guide covers the setup in full.
Frequently Asked Questions About SmartZip Alternatives
Is Offrs owned by SmartZip?
Not by SmartZip, but by the same parent. Offrs and SmartZip both belong to Constellation1, which RISMedia reported in December 2024 was unifying Market Leader, Top Producer, Showcase IDX, Diverse Solutions, Zurple, SmartZip and Offrs under one brand.
How much does SmartZip cost?
SmartZip doesn't publish pricing. AI Tools Bakery reports a minimum of about $500 a month and a typical territory of $1,000 to $1,500 a month, on a 12-month non-cancellable contract. That's $6,000 to $18,000 for year one.
Is there a SmartZip alternative with no contract?
Yes. PropStream bills monthly and offers a 7-day free trial with 50 free leads. Revaluate says individuals with under 10,000 contacts sign no contract or commitment.
What's the cheapest SmartZip alternative?
Among tools with published pricing, PropStream Essentials at $99 a month ($972 billed annually) is the cheapest. Revaluate prices by database size and doesn't publish a figure, so request a quote for your contact count.
Do SmartZip alternatives predict sellers as well as SmartZip?
No independent audit compares them. AI Tools Bakery reports vendor-claimed accuracy of about 72% of listings predicted for SmartZip and about 70% for Offrs, neither verified by a third party. Test any tool in your own farm area before signing a long contract.
