6. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobinFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
