  • Property addresses and property data submitted through landing pages
  • Brokerage name, license number, and professional details (for agents)
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Profile photos, bios, and other content you upload

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process transactions and send related information, including billing confirmations
  • Connect homeowners with real estate agents through lead generation campaigns
  • Send administrative communications such as account updates and security alerts
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With agents: When a homeowner submits information through a landing page, that information is shared with the associated real estate agent

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Stripe for payment processing and billing management
  • Google Maps and Google Places for address autocomplete and property location services
  • Calendly for appointment scheduling between agents and homeowners

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
